Terms of Sale

Effective October 2026

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm payment and accept the order into our fulfilment system — at that point you receive an order number (SO-SHOP-…). Prices and availability are validated on our servers at checkout; if something changed since you added it (e.g. the last box sold), we'll tell you before charging you.

2. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated by delivery region and shown before you pay. Free shipping applies to orders over ₱2,500 after discounts.

3. Payment

We accept GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, QR Ph, cards via PayMongo, and cash on delivery in eligible areas. Your order enters preparation only after payment is verified by our system — a payment initiation or redirect alone does not confirm an order. For COD, payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates (2–9 business days by region) start from dispatch, not order placement. Risk of loss passes to you on courier delivery. If a package is lost by the courier, we replace or refund — contact us within 14 days.

5. Food safety

Chocolates are temperature-sensitive. We pack accordingly and may hold dispatch during extreme heat for product quality. Best-before dates are printed on every package; we never ship past them.

6. Returns and refunds

See our returns policy. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel; COD refunds are arranged by bank transfer or e-wallet with the customer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792).
