1. Who we are

shop.sergs.com is operated by Serg's Brands, Inc. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact our data protection officer at privacy@sergs.com.

2. What we collect

To fulfil your order we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and shipping address. If you create an account we store your login credentials securely (hashed — we cannot see your password). We keep order, payment-status and delivery records as required for accounting and consumer-protection law.

3. What we never collect

Card numbers and e-wallet credentials are entered directly into PayMongo's secure checkout; they never pass through our servers. We do not store CVV or wallet PINs under any circumstance.

4. How we use it

• Processing, packing and delivering your order
• Order updates, receipts and delivery notices
• Customer service, returns and refunds
• Fraud and abuse prevention on checkout and payments
• Marketing only with your explicit consent — opt out any time

5. Who we share it with

Only what's needed: couriers receive the recipient name, address and mobile number; PayMongo processes the payment; our ERP provider hosts order records under contract. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, and object to processing. Request account deletion from your account page or by emailing privacy@sergs.com; we fulfil verified requests within 30 days, retaining only what law requires.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cart cookie to remember your basket. Both are strictly necessary, HttpOnly, and never used for cross-site tracking or advertising.
